For example, Tayaph may be required to retain certain data for anti-money laundering compliance purposes even where a deletion request is received. In such cases, Tayaph will inform you of the applicable limitation and the reason for it.
Age Restriction — 21+ Only: The Tayaph Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. Tayaph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
11.1 Tayaph employs age verification measures during the registration process and at subsequent points as required. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any funds will be returned to the source payment method.
