3.4 Account Ownership. Your Tayaph account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). Tayaph operates a Know Your Customer verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

Tayaph does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawals.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Tayaph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy, details of which will be communicated to the account holder prior to any deduction.
5.1 Tayaph may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant offer.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods will be clearly stated for each promotion.
5.3 Tayaph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such action will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account in good faith.
5.4 Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, use of automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or collusion with other players, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
6.1 Each game available on the Tayaph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
6.2 All bets placed on Tayaph are final once confirmed. Tayaph does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted, except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules or where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome.
6.3 Sports Betting. For sports betting markets, Tayaph reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed, or where the result cannot be determined within a reasonable period. 6.5 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, Tayaph reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the stake to the player's account. Tayaph's decision in such matters is final.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Tayaph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 Tayaph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
